The Oregon PUC has awarded its business improvement project contract to Hittner & Associates.  The Hittner team will be tasked with identifying areas of process and system improvement for the agency.

Hittner & Associates' president, Ron Hittner, will lead a team of consultants from FOX Systems and the Gartner Group in providing quality assurance consulting services for the Oregon Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) Project.  The $3.1 million contract is part of the largest project in the State of Oregon system.
