Hittner & Associates announced today that it will extend its relationship with the Oregon Department of Human Services for User Acceptance Testing leadership with the OR-KIDS Project.  This critical project to replace the state's child welfare system is scheduled to go-live in 2011.

Hittner & Associates is partnering with FOX, a Cognosante company, to provide Quality Assurance services on the Integrated Collections Management (ICM) project for the Oregon Department of Human Services.

The Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) announced today that it has chosen Hittner & Associates to provide management consulting services on its organizational design and process improvement project for the Department.  The Hittner Team will work with ODA to improve the processes and organizational structure for its Information Services division to better help it fulfill its mission.

The Oregon Department of Human Services today extended its contract with Hittner & Associates to provide expert testing services for the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS).  This continues Hittner's involvement with the MMIS Project, which began in 2001.  The new MMIS went live in December 2008 and is currently going through its certification process with the  Federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) - a process with which the Hittner Team is also involved.

Hittner & Associates was chosen today to lead the end-user training effort for the Oregon Department of Human Services' (DHS) OR-KIDS Project.  This engagement which will involve the creation of a training plan and training materials will be targeted for both trainers and end-users for the new system, which will replace Oregon's existing child welfare management system.
