The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) announced today that it has signed a contract with Hittner & Associates to provide Quality Assurance services for the MMIS 5010 Project. The contract is expected to extend through 2012 and into 2013.

The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) has extended its contract with Hittner & Associates and its partner, Cognosante, for additional quality assurance services on the Oregon State Hospital's Behavioral Health Integration Project (BHIP). This project, which began in 2008, is focused on implementing an Electronic Health Record for OSH. This automated system will eventually replace most of the Hospital's manual charting processes and improve the care and safety of OSH's patients.

The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) has contracted with Hittner & Associates to provide additional technical support to the OR-Kids Project, which is replacing Oregon's antiquated child welfare system. This work adds to Hittner's OR-Kids portfolio, which includes user acceptance testing leadership, training leadership and technical team leadership and support.
